EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Contract begins July 01, 2026 or on a mutually agreeable time and continues full time through the term of the contract. Twelve Month Position
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education: MA/MS degree in School Administration or MA/MS degree in leadership and/or behavioral studies required; valid Oklahoma teaching and current administrative certificate required. Bachelors Degree Required
Experience: Minimum of eight full time years of adminstrative leadership experience in either a district and/or building site (Principal position preferred) and/or state department of education required. Minimum of three years of successful teaching experience preferred. Knowledge of state and federal accreditation standards required.
Skills: Computer literate; excellent written and oral communication ability; strong knowledge of rules, regulations,
policies and laws applicable to education; expertise in the Oklahoma State Department of Education’s
policies and procedures.
SUMMARY: The accreditation/student services officer position provides leadership and strategic direction required to facilitate quality teaching and learning, enhance a positive learning experience for students and positive customer service for parents. In addition, provide leadership to all staff in developing best practice processes and programs in student service. for accreditation reporting practices for local, state, and federal requirements while coordinating district wide testing requirements. This position also oversess district/site accreditation, and ensures district practices remain in compliance with board, state and federal accreditation standards. Maintains and generates state accreditation reports, and TLE management.

Supervises the development of goals, preparation of short and long range plans, and the implementation of programs and services for accreditation, and student services. This will be accomplished through scheduled reviews with district and school leadership teams.

Oversees federal and state accreditation requirements required by state and federal law.
- Co-Coordinates program evaluation services for the school system; provides leadership in planning, developing, administering, interpreting and reporting the district's evaluation programs and procedures for all employees.
- Provides data analysis and reporting, designs data collection strategies; collects and/or assesmbles data; designs basic information services to faciliate the analysis of data; identifies and applies appropriate statistical analysis; produces graphical, tabular and narrative summaries of data and statistical analysis; writes reports and executive summaries of findings.
- Will work with the data stewards and owners within schools and departments, as well as the technology staff, to ensure data is collected, stored, shared and reported in a manner consistent with State and Federal requirements.
- Facilitates the districts student behavior programs and coordinates student appeal hearings at the district level.
- Work in close collaboration with district level and site level managers to ensure the full implementation of the teacher and leaders' multiple measure evaluation system.
- Faciltate the data collection for state and district accreditation reports.

Confer with all stakeholders in the implementation and the efforts at the school level that are being made to plan for local, state, and federal testing.

Collaborates with the Assistant Superintendent to provide support for emergency and alternatively certified teachers certification and support and certified staff human resource personnel issues.

Serves as the District Title IX Coordinator.

Responsible for ensuring that all records of attendance, grades, transcripts, reports, etc. are completed and filed in a consistent manner with District, State, and Federal policy.

Responsible for resolving parent/guardian complaints in an efficient and effective manner.

Serve as a member of the District’s Administrative team and attend required meetings when called.

Maintain positive working relationships with community agencies.

Communicate frequently and directly with the District Administrative team regarding potential problems or issues which require immediate attention in a proactive manner.

Attend School Board meetings frequently.
- Any other issue not mentioned above. (As in any other duties assigned by the Superintendent of Schools or their designees(s).
- Assist with all Alternative Education program reports and OSDE Alternative Education requirements.
- Provide management/oversight and assistance with district's ELL program and make recommendations to district staff as necessary.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervises, oversees and manages district programs and staff associated with it. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the district’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
