Ideal Candidate should have experience in customer service and basic computer knowledge. Prior HVAC and/or appliance knowledge is preferred but not required. On the job training will be provided. Daily tasks will include but not limited to: answering inbound phone calls, submitting orders, looking up parts, product knowledge, basic troubleshooting, navigating various websites, etc. Benefit packages available.'

Job Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
- Record customer information within our customer service database
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
