Washco is adding tint as a core service and looking for an experienced installer who takes pride in clean, consistent work.
This is not an entry-level role. Quality and consistency are non-negotiable. We maintain a 5-star reputation and expect the same standard on every vehicle.
Responsibilities:
- Full vehicle tint installs (hand cut)
- Clean prep and installation (no contamination, clean edges)
- Quality control on all work before delivery
- Managing film inventory and keeping supplies stocked
- Maintaining a clean, organized workspace
Requirements:
- 4 years experience tinting full vehicles
- Must be able to shrink and install rear windows cleanly
- Ability to complete multiple vehicles per day efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Must provide photos/videos of your work (full cars, edges, rear glass)
Compensation:
- $1,000 per week or 30% commission. Whichever is greater.
- Consistent work from existing detailing business and active marketing
