What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a key role in maintaining property functionality, improving safety, and supporting resident satisfaction. Your day-to-day may include:
- Troubleshooting and repairing appliances (washers, dryers, refrigerators, etc.)
- Performing electrical, plumbing, drywall, and painting repairs
- Supporting HVAC service and maintenance (HVAC certification is a plus!)
- Collaborating with skilled techs and property managers to resolve complex issues
- Keeping maintenance areas organized and equipment running safely
- Responding promptly to service requests and ensuring resident satisfaction
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in residential/commercial property maintenance
- Strong knowledge of general repairs (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting)
- Your own tools and reliable transportation
- Good driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, professional attitude
- Bonus: HVAC experience or certification
