Cannabis Dispensary — Shift Supervisor
Pay: $22.00/hour
We’re hiring a Shift Supervisor to support daily operations at KOAN Cannabis.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise staff during assigned shifts; enforce policies and ensure excellent customer service
- Open/close procedures, cash handling, inventory control, and POS management
- Train and coach budtenders; maintain compliance with state/local cannabis regulations
- Monitor security, complete reports, and resolve customer issues
Requirements
- Open availability (including nights, weekends, and holidays)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check (per state regulations)
- 1–2 years retail or dispensary supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication, customer-service, and cash-handling skills
- Knowledge of cannabis products and state compliance preferred
