The Role:
In this pivotal position, you will serve as the primary link between ownership, tenants, and facilities teams. You will manage everything from daily tenant relations and maintenance prioritization to assisting the Director of Commercial Real Estate with financial reporting and long-term strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence (Daily/Weekly): Act as the face of the landlord by fostering strong tenant relationships, resolving urgent requests, and managing delinquency through the legal/L&T process. You’ll oversee "Work in Progress" schedules and coordinate closely with Facility Managers to ensure vacant units are "show-ready" and vendors are performing to standard.
Financial Stewardship (Monthly): Take full ownership of the bottom line. You will review Rent Rolls, Income Statements, and Cash Flow while analyzing Actual vs. Budget performance. You’ll lead monthly asset meetings with senior management and ensure compliance of commercial leases.
Strategic Growth (Annual/Periodic): Support the Director in crafting operating and capital budgets, executing long-range growth strategies, and performing due diligence for new acquisitions and dispositions.
