Wash Wizards is hiring door-to-door sales representatives to help homeowners learn about our professional exterior cleaning services throughout Ventura and Santa Barbara County.
This is a commission-based sales position with uncapped earning potential. If you're motivated, personable, and willing to put in the effort, this role can generate strong weekly income while building valuable sales experience.
We are looking for individuals who are comfortable initiating conversations with homeowners, can handle rejection professionally, and are motivated by results.
What You'll Do
- Go door-to-door in residential neighborhoods introducing homeowners to Wash Wizards services
- Start friendly conversations and explain the benefits of our cleaning services
- Generate leads and book service appointments
- Represent Wash Wizards professionally while speaking with homeowners
- Track leads and sales generated during your shifts
Pay Structure
- Commission-based compensation: 5%–20% per sale depending on total sales performance
- Uncapped earnings
- Top performers can generate $500–$3,000 per week depending on hours and performance
Schedule
- Work between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM
- Minimum 20 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling within daytime hours
Training
We provide 4 hours of hands-on training to ensure you understand the process:
- 2 hours shadowing an experienced rep while they demonstrate the door-to-door sales process
- 2 hours where you lead conversations while a trainer shadows you to help refine your approach

This role is best suited for individuals who are confident initiating conversations with strangers and motivated by performance-based earnings.
Pay: $500.00 - $3,000.00 per week
