Digital Marketing & Communications Manager
Wash Rite Laundry – Cocoa, Florida
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–4:00 PM
$23–$28 per hour, based on experience
100% In-Office – Not Remote
Wash Rite Laundry is seeking a dependable, creative, and customer-focused Digital Marketing & Communications Manager to manage marketing, customer communications, and digital outreach for our multi-location laundry business.
This is an important position within our company and requires someone who is comfortable taking ownership of their responsibilities. The right person will have strong customer service skills, stay current with social media and digital marketing trends, and be comfortable using modern technology and AI tools to improve how we communicate and market our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing Wash Rite Laundry email communications
- Respond to customer questions, concerns, and service issues in a professional and timely manner
- Manage and schedule social media content
- Develop promotions, campaigns, and new marketing ideas
- Manage Google Ads and monitor campaign performance
- Maintain our Google Business Profiles
- Respond to Google reviews and other online customer feedback
- Create and send our monthly customer email marketing blast
- Send text updates and company announcements to employees
- Manage and update our in-store digital advertising through OptiSigns
- Create in-store signage, flyers, promotional materials, and other print advertising
- Work with our videographer/content creator to coordinate social media video content
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT for marketing, research, content creation, customer communications, and productivity
- Maintain consistent Wash Rite Laundry branding across our locations and marketing channels
- Track basic marketing results and identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and grow the business
- Assist with occasional company promotions and community events
Customer Service
Customer service is a significant part of this position. This person will regularly communicate directly with Wash Rite Laundry customers through email, online reviews, social media, and other channels.
Candidates should be able to communicate clearly and professionally, resolve customer concerns calmly, solve problems, and represent Wash Rite Laundry in a positive and professional manner.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, creative, comfortable with technology, and capable of working independently. This position requires someone who follows through, meets deadlines, manages multiple responsibilities, and does not need constant supervision.
Experience or proficiency in the following areas is preferred:
- Customer service and professional communication
- Social media management and marketing
- Google Business Profiles
- Google Ads
- Email marketing
- Canva or similar graphic design platforms
- AI tools, including ChatGPT
- Marketing campaigns and promotions
- Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Digital signage or similar platforms
- Basic marketing analytics and performance tracking
Experience with OptiSigns is helpful but not required.
Schedule & Location
This position is 100% in-office at our Cocoa, Florida office. It is NOT a remote or hybrid position.
Monday through Friday
9:00 AM–4:00 PM
There may occasionally be a Saturday or Sunday company or community event requiring attendance, typically only once or twice per year.
Candidates must be able to reliably commute to our Cocoa office.
Compensation
$23–$28 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
