As a Membership Sales & Customer Service Associate, you’ll be the face of Wash Monkey Car Wash, combining stellar service with a passion for growing our membership program.
Customer Service:
- Greet every guest with a cheerful “Welcome to the Jungle!”
- Answer questions about our services, pricing, and membership options.
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care, ensuring they leave happy.
- Maintain a clean, inviting environment in the lobby and service areas.
- Occasionally assist with light prep tasks at the wash tunnel.
Membership Sales:
- Proactively introduce customers to our membership packages and their amazing benefits.
- Tailor solutions to fit each customer’s needs, turning visitors into loyal troop members.
- Keep accurate records of sales, sign-ups, and payments.
- Assist with promotional campaigns and jungle-themed events to boost membership sign-ups.
