Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a positive and professional attitude
- Explain car wash packages, memberships, and promotions
- Recommend services based on customer needs
- Process payments accurately (cash, card, mobile payments)
- Guide vehicles safely into the wash tunnel when needed
- Keep sales area clean and organized
- Assist with basic site maintenance and cleanliness
- Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally
- Meet and exceed sales goals
Qualifications
- Previous sales or customer service experience (required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
