Job Summary
Wash King Car Wash is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Car Wash Team Lead to join our team. In this role, you'll combine leadership, customer service, and sales to help drive unlimited membership growth while ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience. You'll lead by example, support daily operations, train team members, and help create a positive, high-performing work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell unlimited car wash memberships by educating customers on available plans and their benefits.
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience from arrival to departure.
- Train, coach, and support new and existing team members on sales techniques, customer service, and daily operating procedures.
- Lead by example by maintaining high standards of professionalism, safety, and teamwork.
- Safely guide vehicles onto the car wash conveyor using approved hand signals and operating procedures.
- Assist with day-to-day site operations, including opening and closing duties, maintaining site cleanliness, and ensuring equipment areas remain organized.
- Support the Site Manager in achieving sales goals and maintaining efficient daily operations.
