Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily car wash activities to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery
- Lead, motivate, and manage staff members, providing clear guidance and support to foster a productive team environment
- Implement and enforce safety regulations to maintain a secure workplace for employees and customers alike
- Oversee cleaning procedures, including industrial cleaning, custodial tasks, and janitorial responsibilities to uphold cleanliness standards
- Manage inventory levels for cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance, and other operational needs
- Train new team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service expectations
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to ensure compliance with health standards and operational excellence
Skills
- Proven experience in supervising staff within a cleaning or custodial environment, preferably in industrial or commercial settings
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and foster a positive work culture
- Extensive knowledge of cleaning techniques including industrial cleaning, laundry services, hotel housekeeping management, and commercial cleaning practices
- Familiarity with safety regulations relevant to cleaning operations and workplace safety standards

- Effective communication abilities for training staff, addressing customer concerns, and coordinating with management
- Experience in hospitality or hotel industry environments is a plus but not required
