Car Wash Customer Service Team Member

Job Description:

We are a high volume car wash that is focused on giving our customers the best-in-class service and a sparkling clean car.

We are looking for a part-time or full-time membership salesperson to assist with welcoming customers and membership sales. There are opportunities for advancement for people with great work ethics and even better attitudes. The right person could be a future leader in our growing company.

Starting pay is $17 per hour plus tips, and monthly sales bonus. It is easy to make $20- $25 per hour or more with cash tips paid daily. The ideal work schedule is 20 to 40 hours of daytime availability including our busiest days, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Job Duties:

· Greet and interact directly with our customers, providing friendly service

· Explain our Unlimited Wash Club Membership options

· Possess strong product knowledge and effectively communicate it to customers

· Operate Kiosk, credit card terminals and scanners

· Direct customers safely into the wash tunnel and onto the conveyor

· Deliver an exceptional customer experience by handling the vehicles with care and complying with all WashHounds Car Wash safety policies and procedures

· Additional duties include managing and maintaining the equipment in the tunnel and assisting with property maintenance, snow and ice removal, and overall site appearance

Tuition Assistance Program:

· Earn up to $2,500 per year

· Eligible for students at any nationally accredited school, any major or degree program

· Required to submit passing grades (C or above)

This is a fast-paced environment, and we are looking for upbeat team players. Applicants who typically do well in this role have prior experience in customer service, retail sales, health club sales, restaurant, car dealerships, hospitality, military service, high school and college students
