Sparkling Image Car Wash is looking for a great leader to join our team as a Location Manager. This is a key role and we are really seeking someone who has great leadership skills and will be dedicated and take ownership in their location in every aspect of the business.
- This is a salary position with an annual bonus program.
- The pay range listed includes bonus potential.
Sparkling Image is one of the largest car wash and oil change companies in the nation operating in 7 states. We are looking to add a Car Wash Location Manager for one of the locations in Orlando, FL area. This key position will manage the overall operation of our Car Wash facility.
Job Responsibilities are as follows:
- Safely provide an excellent service experience for our customers.
- Oversee and manage daily operation of the location with profit and loss responsibilities.
- Responsible for overall store safety, recruiting and hiring, employee orientation, performance management, training, developing, scheduling, and inventory.
We are looking for candidates who:
- Desire to manage a business activity in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
- Exercise hands on leadership and setting the example
- Have a strong desire to drive revenue through customer satisfaction, customer loyalty and increased business.
- Desire to learn and develop.
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of Car Wash management experience in a leading position.
- Experience managing a group of 30 to 40 employees.
- Experience in a position that dealt with customer’s face to face
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Strong work ethic and motivation
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
- A valid state driver’s license
