What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cosmetology Instructor - WCCTEC position at WASH CO CAREER & TECH EDU CTR?
QUALIFICATIONS:
Provides teaching and/or training services to students in the cosmetology curriculum including supervision of students in a hands-on setting; motivates students to develop the required hands-on skills in the assigned subject matter; works with general supervision. Limited supervision may be exercised over assigned paraprofessionals. Cosmetologist with a current Virginia license and a minimum of two years’ experience as a cosmetologist. Must possess leadership qualities and personal characteristics necessary to work effectively with students.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
Effective Date: 2026-2027 School Year
Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience
