Duties
- Assist the Store Manager in coordinating daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Supervise and motivate sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service
- Manage Cleaniness, daily task, and maintenence
- Oversee cashiering activities, including cash handling, POS system operation, pricing accuracy, and assisting customer with membership needs.
- Support recruiting efforts by participating in interviewing candidates
- Conduct employee orientation sessions and facilitate ongoing training & development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and operational procedures
Requirements
- Proven experience in Car wash management or assistant management roles within the retail industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively and foster teamwork
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for diverse customer engagement
- Proficiency with POS systems.
- Demonstrated ability in customer service excellence, and conflict resolution
- Sound understanding of any car wash controls or equipment
- Experience cash handling, and shift management responsibilities
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced environments
- Prior experience in car wash industry.
- Strong organizational skills coupled with time management expertise to meet operational deadlines
