What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Services Consultant position at Wash and Roll?
Wash N' Roll is looking for a Client Services Specialist to join our team in our Mount Juliet office.
The role is 40 hours per week, working four 10-hour shifts (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM). The pay starts at $17 per hour plus commission after training, with performance-based raises. The schedule does require availability on Mondays and Fridays, as well as one weekend day.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound customer communications - Answer incoming calls and emails to address customer questions, requests and issues.
Requirements:
This is an entry-level job with room for growth. We are hiring full-time.
