What are the responsibilities and job description for the Car Wash Team Member position at Wash and Roll?
Job Purpose: To provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff. Part-time, 15 to 20 hours a week between our Athens and Madison locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, assess their needs, and provide recommendations for services.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools.
- Ensure that the car wash area is clean, well-stocked, and properly organized.
- Provide a high level of customer service by addressing customer concerns and inquiries.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and vehicles.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve team and individual goals.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
