What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Residential Remodeling Field Crew Member position at Wasatch Legacy Remodeling & Design?
Wasatch Legacy Remodeling & Design is looking for an experienced residential remodeling field crew member to join our team. This position involves working on a variety of remodeling projects, additions, and home improvements throughout the Wasatch Front.
Responsibilities may include demolition, framing, drywall repairs, finish carpentry, installation work, general construction tasks, jobsite protection, and cleanup. Because every remodeling project is different, the ideal candidate will be comfortable moving between tasks, solving problems, and working both independently and alongside our crew and subcontractors.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous residential construction or remodeling experience
- Understands how to safely use common hand and power tools
- Produces quality work and pays attention to detail
- Is dependable, punctual, and ready to work
- Communicates professionally with coworkers, subcontractors, and homeowners
- Can follow instructions while also taking initiative
- Helps maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites
- Takes pride in their work and represents our company well in clients’ homes
