What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Wasatch Group?

Working alongside the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting and supporting the required maintenance necessary to maintain curb appeal, as well as, the overall appearance and quality of the property. This includes, but is not limited to, making ready of units, maintenance for current residences, and maintaining grounds and recreational facilities.
