What you'll do:
- Ensure the cleanliness and freshness of the community's interior.
- Build strong relationships with residents, fostering trust and making our community feel at home
- Respond to service needs and follow the make-ready schedule.
- Maintain excellent amenity appearance, paying attention to details and helping to maintain great curb appeal.
- collaborate closely with your team members to identify and address maintenance and cleanliness-related issues

What we're looking for:
- General interest in custodial and or maintenance work and an ability to demonstrate mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to operate hand tools and power equipment used in grounds keeping, such as blowers and power washers.
- Ability to follow detailed oral/written instructions.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends or on-call.
