We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Specialist | Estimator that naturally provides outstanding support to clients and staff!

Responsibilities:
-Responding to customer inquiries about product availability, pricing, shipping, and lead times
-Entering and tracking customer orders through scheduling and production
-Collaborating with Sales, Design, Production, and Shipping teams to ensure complete and on-time delivery
-Managing customer expectations and resolving any order changes, complaints, or billing issues
-Coordinating quotes, samples, and product specifications
-Maintaining accurate, organized customer files and documentation
-Supporting inventory reconciliation and helping manage just-in-time inventory programs.
-Develop a thorough understanding of manufacturing capabilities.
-Must be able to independently determine what needs to be done to move a project forward and take the required action to do so.
Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Proficient in Microsoft Office
-Exceptionally driven and proactive.
-Excellent oral and written communication skills.
-Good math aptitude.
-Capable of reading technical drawings.
-Minimum 2 years’ experience in Customer Support position, preferably in manufacturing.
-PMP preferred but not required.
-Driver’s license and personal vehicle required.
