House Cleaner, $25/hr, Weekly Pay, Paid Training

Wasatch Cleaners is a locally owned cleaning company serving the Salt Lake Valley. We’re hiring reliable, detail-oriented cleaners for residential and commercial work.

What we offer

• $15.00 to $25.00 per hour depending on experience
• Paid weekly
• Paid trial day, whether or not you continue with us
• Paid training and on-the-job training, no experience required
• All cleaning supplies and equipment provided
• Daytime hours on a set schedule, flexible around school

• Every job runs from a written 50-point checklist, so you always know exactly what’s expected. No shifting standards, no guesswork.

What you’d do

• Clean residential homes and commercial spaces, usually in two-person crews
• Work to the checklist for each job type: recurring cleans, deep cleans, move-in and move-out cleans, and short-term rental turnovers
• Communicate with your team lead about anything that needs flagging
• Treat every home with care and respect

What we’re looking for

• Reliability. Showing up when you said you would matters more here than experience
• Attention to detail
• Must have reliable transportation to job sites
• Conversational English required for client and team communication. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Ability to pass a background check
• Comfortable with physical work: standing, bending, lifting up to 25 lbs
