Saturday 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
Compensation:
$28.50 - $44.03 Depending on experience and licensure.
Therapist I with Associate Licensure: $58,406 - $60,445 annually
Therapist II with Full Licensure: $71,240 - $90,230 annually.

Your role as a Therapist
As a Full-Time Therapist at Wasatch Behavioral Health's American Fork Family Clinic (AFFC), you can expect a fulfilling daily routine centered around providing high-quality care to clients. Your day will primarily involve conducting one-on-one therapy sessions, where you will utilize evidence-based practices to support individuals in overcoming challenges and achieving their mental health goals. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, you will be expected to contribute to treatment plans and attend regular staff meetings for continuous improvement and communication. Additionally, you will engage in ongoing professional development, including supervision and training sessions that will enhance your skills and knowledge in the field. Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- Graduation from a college or university with a master's degree in social work, psychology or a related field and:
- For Associate Licensed Therapist recognition in the state of Utah as one of the following: Certified Social Worker (CSW)
- Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor (ACMHC)
- Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT)
- For Fully Licensed Therapist recognition in the State of Utah as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CMHC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Employment at Wasatch Behavioral Health is contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen, motor vehicle record review and criminal background check. After hire you must complete and receive a Criminal Background Clearance (BCI) from Utah State Office of Licensing. Upon receipt of a conditional offer of employment in the position, you must provide an official copy of licensure or certification.
