What are the responsibilities and job description for the Seasonal Groundskeeper position at Wasatch Behavioral Health?
Wasatch Behavioral Health has several locations that will have a need this season for assistance in grounds-keeping and maintenance, come help us out as we serve our community!
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (Performs all or some of the following)
Performs basic grounds maintenance practices, and any or all of the following duties: mowing, trimming, raking, watering, planting, weed control, fertilizing, care and cleaning of grounds and parking areas. Other duties as assigned.
Grounds keeping: Performs basic grounds maintenance practices, assures maintenance of grounds equipment; performs basic sprinkler system repairs and maintenance; and any or all of the following duties: mows, rakes and waters lawns; plants, transplants, waters and trims shrubs, flowers and trees; controls weeds; applies fertilizer, herbicides and pesticides; removes ice, snow and debris from sidewalks, parking lots and streets; stores equipment; many install and repair sprinkler systems; performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be at least 16 years old with a valid driver's license.
Compensation:
Pay: $16.25 - $20.59 per hour, depending on experience
Job Type: Part-time
Schedule:
- Day shift 8 AM - 5 PM
- Monday to Friday
