Join Wasatch Behavioral Health as a Full-Time Human Service Worker (Female Only) at our Vantage Point North Center in American Fork, Utah, earning $16.49-$20.90/hour. In this onsite role, you'll make a meaningful impact supporting adolescent girls (ages 12-17) in short-term crisis care. As a key member of the Vantage Point North team, you'll provide structure, guidance, and direct support to youth navigating behavioral, emotional, and safety challenges. This fast-paced position is a great opportunity to build your skills in behavior intervention while helping teens stabilize, grow, and succeed-both during their stay and beyond.
Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 PM-7:00 AM
Compensation: $16.49–$20.90 DOE

What You'll Do as a Human Service Worker
- Provide compassionate support and supervision to program participants
- Facilitate structured activities, skills groups, and daily routines
- Assist with crisis intervention and maintain a safe environment
- Document client interactions, progress, and observations accurately
- Collaborate with therapists, supervisors, and other team members
- Model positive behavior and healthy coping strategies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm, patient, and grounded during challenging situations
- Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn
- Experience or education in mental/behavioral health is helpful but not required
- Must pass a background check and meet WBH hiring standards
- Spanish speakers may qualify for a wage increase
