Join Wasatch Behavioral Health as a Full-Time Human Service Worker with our Intensive Residential Treatment (IRT) Program in Provo, Utah! Our Intensive Residential Treatment Program provides a structured, therapeutic alternative to hospitalization by offering 24-hour support, skill development, therapy, case management, medication management, and nursing services. As a Human Service Worker, you'll play a vital role in helping residents build independence, strengthen daily living skills, and work toward long-term recovery in a compassionate, team-based environment.

Schedule: Sunday-Saturday (Days are Varied), Hours are Varied

Compensation: $17.50–$22.17 DOE

What You'll Do As a Human Service Worker

• Provide compassionate support and supervision to program participants
• Facilitate structured activities, skills groups, and daily routines
• Assist with crisis intervention and maintain a safe environment
• Document client interactions, progress, and observations accurately
• Collaborate with therapists, supervisors, and other team members
• Model positive behavior and healthy coping strategies
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to stay calm, patient, and grounded during challenging situations
• Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn
• Experience or education in mental/behavioral health is helpful but not required
• Must pass a background check and meet WBH hiring standards
• Spanish speakers may qualify for a wage increase
