What You'll Do as a Case Manager Supervisor
- Provide first-line supervision to staff and support ongoing case management services.
- Work with adults, teens, and children experiencing chronic mental health needs.
- Offer supportive counseling, behavior management, and skill-building instruction.
- Assess client needs and create personalized care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure well-rounded support.
- Help clients grow and reach their goals in a positive, structured environment.
Qualifications
Applicants must meet ONE of the following:
Note: Applicants under the "working toward SSW" pathway must obtain their SSW license within 24 months of hire
- Bachelor's degree with Social Service Worker (SSW) license
- Bachelor's degree in any field with willingness to pursue SSW licensure
Additional Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Basic understanding of Social Work principles
- Familiarity with social welfare policy and human development
- Ability to problem-solve and maintain a client-centered approach
- Spanish speakers may qualify for increased wages after testing
