- Manage customer orders with friendly service, upselling menu items to enhance sales
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment to ensure sanitation compliance
- Process retail sales transactions accurately, including cash register operations and cash handling
- Assist in food safety management by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols
- Support team members with bussing tables, restocking supplies, and maintaining a clean workspace
Requirements
- Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
- Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and retail math calculations
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
