Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Packaging Associate to join our team. This is a hands-on role packaging bulk fasteners into retail quantities, with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency. If you like staying busy and working in a relaxed but productive environment, this could be a great fit.
Responsibilities:
- Package bulk fasteners into retail boxes according to specifications
- Count, weigh, and label products accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with inventory organization and stock replenishment
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy
- Help with general warehouse tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
- Attention to detail
- Ability to stand and work on your feet throughout the day
Preferred (Not Required):
- Warehouse, packaging, or inventory experience
- Experience using counting scales or labeling systems
