*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated City Clerk to join our team. The City Clerk plays a crucial role in maintaining official records and ensuring the efficient operation of city council meetings and other administrative functions. *Duties* - Organize and maintain city records, documents, and files - Provide administrative support to city council members - Assist in preparing meeting agendas and recording meeting minutes - Manage public inquiries and provide customer support - Coordinate municipal elections and voter registration processes - Perform general office duties such as typing, filing, and data entry *Requirements* - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Proficiency in office software such as Google Suite - Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality - Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred - Bilingual proficiency is a plus Joining our team as a City Clerk offers the opportunity to contribute to the smooth functioning of local government while engaging with the community in a meaningful way.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $56,742.00 - $59,376.00 per year
