Duties
- Perform comprehensive auto body repairs, including dent removal, panel replacement, and frame straightening
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to repair and restore vehicles
- Conduct mechanical assessments and perform necessary repairs related to collision damage
- Assist in vehicle alignment, painting, and finishing processes to ensure a high-quality finish
- Heavy lifting of vehicle parts and components safely and efficiently
- Maintain detailed repair records and communicate progress with team members and management
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and industry regulations
- Assist with auto restoration projects as needed, demonstrating versatility across various repair tasks
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive repair, auto body repair, or mechanic roles preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge and familiarity with vehicle maintenance procedures
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively
- Knowledge of auto restoration techniques is a plus
