POSITION SUMMARY:
The Procurement and Inventory Coordinator is responsible for supporting day-to-day purchasing and inventory functions, maintaining accurate system records, coordinating with vendors, and helping improve overall procurement and inventory processes. This position works closely with warehouse, operations, and leadership teams to ensure timely ordering, stock accuracy, and material availability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and process purchase orders for supplies, materials, and inventory replenishment
- Monitor inventory levels and identify shortages, overstock, and reorder needs
- Track incoming deliveries and outgoing shipments to maintain accurate inventory records
- Follow up with vendors regarding order status, delivery schedules, discrepancies, and backorders
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate purchasing and inventory data in internal systems
- Support inventory control procedures that improve accuracy, efficiency, and material availability
- Analyze purchasing and inventory trends to help anticipate future business needs
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to maintain appropriate stock levels
- Process purchasing updates and change orders based on operational requirements
- Assist in evaluating suppliers for quality, service, reliability, and cost-effectiveness
- Prepare purchasing, inventory, and stock status reports for management
- Identify and recommend process improvements to strengthen procurement and inventory operations
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, inventory control, or a related role
- Experience creating purchase orders and coordinating vendor communication
- Strong understanding of inventory tracking, replenishment, and stock control practices
- QuickBooks experience required
- Advanced Excel experience required
- Proficiency with inventory management, purchasing, or ERP systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively across warehouse, operations, and leadership teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain environment
- Experience supporting process improvement initiatives
- Familiarity with raw material ordering and change order management
- Salesforce experience preferred

- Full-time
- Monday through Friday
- Day shift
- 8-hour shift
- On-site in Palm Springs, FL
TRAVEL:
- Travel may be required based on business needs
COMPENSATION:
- $24 to $27 per hour
