Position Overview
The Site Preparation Lead will be responsible for ensuring job sites are prepared in accordance with the Warrior Precast Builder Guideline booklet. This role requires proficiency in equipment operation, site layout, and compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Perform site layout and preparation following established guidelines.
- Place stone level to within 1/8" to ensure precise installation.
- Compact stone to ensure stability and durability.
- Comply with all company safety policies and regulations.
- Travel as required to meet customer needs, including overnight trips when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout all projects.
- Construct a level and stable 35' x 35' crane pad at designated locations.
- Complete other duties as assigned by management to support team goals.
Minimum Requirements:
- Strong math skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- Proven ability to operate required equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ability to manually lift up to 80 lbs.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Experience in site preparation or construction, preferably within the precast concrete industry.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and equipment operation, including skid loaders and backhoes.
- Ability to read basic layout plans and utilize a tape measure accurately.
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and schedules to meet project needs.
