What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Crew Leader position at Warrior Outdoors LLC?
We are searching for a talented and dedicated Landscape Crew Leaders to join our small business team! You will perform a range of tasks including managing a landscape crew, quality control projects, following project timeline, plant installation, grading, paver installation, etc. with our top-of-the-line equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible, detail oriented, and a team player.
Responsibilities:
· Manage crew
· Quality control properties
· Follow schedule and ensure properties are completed in a timely manner
· Plant installation
· Retaining wall, patio, paver, and pool deck installation
· Creating drainage solutions with grading of lots and downspout extensions
· Mulch and rock installation
· Lighting installation and repair
· Off Season: snow removal
Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Driver’s license with ability to operate company truck with trailer
· Ability to operate equipment including skid loader, mini loader, mini excavator, handheld power tools, etc.
· High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
· Good stamina and physical health
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
