Warrior Logistics (OnTrac) is hiring full-time Class A CDL Linehaul/Shuttle Drivers to move freight between our sort facilities and relay points. This is no-touch freight — trailers are pre-loaded and sealed before departure. You hook up, drive your assigned lane, drop at the destination hub, and return. No customer stops, no package scanning, no residential deliveries.

Team lane runs are scheduled and consistent. Drivers return to their home terminal on a predictable cycle. Lanes may run days, evenings, or overnight — shift is confirmed at hire.

Requirements:

License & Certification

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A) — required
• Valid DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate (current and on file)
• Must be registered in FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse
• Doubles/Triples endorsement preferred; may be required by lane assignment
• Hazmat endorsement a plus (not required)

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer driving experience within the last 3 years
• Linehaul, relay, or OTR experience strongly preferred
• Drop-and-hook or relay freight experience a plus

Driving Record:

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record — no at-fault accidents in the past 3 years
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years
• No DUI, DWI, reckless driving, or drug/alcohol-related convictions
• No disqualifying criminal history per DOT regulations

General Requirements:

• 23 years of age or older
• Must pass pre-employment DOT drug test and alcohol screen
• Must pass comprehensive background check and MVR screening
• Must complete OnTrac orientation and safety training before first dispatch
• Ability to perform DOT pre-trip and post-trip inspections independently
• Ability to operate electronic logging device (ELD) and comply with Hours of Service (HOS) regulations
• Reliable transportation to and from the terminal for scheduled shift start
• Authorized to work in the United States

Duty and Responsibilities:

Linehaul / Lane Operations:

• Operate assigned tractor-trailer on dedicated OnTrac linehaul or shuttle lanes between sort hubs and relay points
• Hook and drop pre-loaded, sealed trailers at origin and destination — no-touch freight; no loading or unloading
• Depart on schedule; complete assigned run within the established lane time window
• Maintain consistent lane performance; communicate delays or issues to dispatch immediately
• Return to home terminal at end of run; complete paperwork and hand off trailer per SOPs

Safety & DOT Compliance:

• Perform thorough DOT pre-trip and post-trip inspections on tractor and trailer before and after every run
• Maintain accurate ELD logs in full compliance with FMCSA Hours of Service regulations
• Adhere to all applicable federal and state DOT regulations throughout every run
• Follow all OnTrac safety policies, driving standards, and dispatch protocols
• Report all accidents, incidents, near-misses, or equipment issues to dispatch and terminal management immediately
• Never operate a vehicle while fatigued, impaired, or in violation of HOS rules
• Maintain a clean MVR throughout employment — report any traffic citations to management within 24 hours

Vehicle & Equipment:

• Maintain tractor cleanliness and report any defects, damage, or maintenance needs promptly
• Fuel vehicle and complete fuel logs per OnTrac policy
• Verify trailer seals, counts, and documentation at pickup and delivery points
• Secure all loads and confirm trailer doors are sealed and locked before departure
• Operate landing gear, fifth wheel, and all tractor/trailer equipment correctly and safely

Administrative:

• Complete all required daily paperwork, run reports, and ELD documentation accurately
• Participate in all required training, safety meetings, and compliance programs
• Maintain current DOT Medical Certificate and notify management of any health changes affecting CDL status
• Perform other duties as assigned by Terminal Manager or Dispatch

Physical Demands:

• Sit and operate a tractor-trailer for extended periods (4–10 hours per run)
• Enter and exit cab repeatedly — climbing steps, using grab handles
• Walk around equipment to perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Bend, crouch, and reach to inspect tires, lights, and undercarriage
• Operate landing gear and coupling/uncoupling equipment (physical cranking required)
• Work in all weather conditions — heat, cold, rain, wind, and limited visibility
• Occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs (chains, binders, safety equipment, personal gear)
• Remain alert and focused during overnight, early morning, or extended-hour runs

Schedule: Full-time | 40–50 hours per week

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,200.00 per week
