What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guest Services Associate position at Warrior Ice Arena?
Warrior Ice Arena is looking for an energetic, enthusiastic addition to our guest services team. This position may work in different areas of the facility ranging from the concession stand, skate rental, event support, or birthday party host.
Requirements/Pay:
- Part-Time
- Compensation: $16 per hour
- Ability to use our point-of-sale software
- Weekend availability
- Opportunities for gratuity
Employee performs many duties including but not limited to:
- Assisting guests at our concession stand
- Cleaning concourse areas
- Event set-up/breakdown (tables/chairs/catering/etc)Assisting with events
- Perform cashiering duties
- Assisting guests at skate rental
- Being a skate guard on the ice
- Sharpening skates
- Cleaning of facility (locker rooms/bathrooms/hallways/etc.)
- General Housekeeping
