Position Overview:
The Warrior Hotel is seeking a friendly, dedicated, and flexible Restaurant Server to join our team! As a server, you'll provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that every guest has a memorable dining experience. We are looking for someone available for both AM and PM shifts, with a primary focus on weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a welcoming and friendly manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages promptly to guests, ensuring correct orders
- Ensure a clean and organized dining area at all times
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs, requests, and concerns
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service operations
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a server or customer service role preferred
- Must be flexible and available to work mostly weekends
- Ability to work both AM and PM shifts, including some holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A friendly, positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Must be 18 years of age or older
