Duties
- Stock shelves with merchandise accurately and efficiently.
- Receive shipments by unloading and receiving products while adhering to safe lifting practices and manual handling protocols.
- Assist in merchandising efforts by arranging products to optimize visual appeal and ensure compliance with store standards.
- Support retail operations by performing general cleaning and ensuring the safety of all storage areas.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries about product locations or availability in a friendly manner.
- Collaborate with team members to keep up efficient stock replenishment.
Qualifications
- Previous retail store experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while following proper lifting practices.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail for inventory control and merchandising tasks.
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer needs.
- Basic math skills for counting stock.
