POSTED ON 6/3/2026

About the Role

Lead quality control operations on Warrior's federal construction portfolio. Own the 3-phase inspection program, QC plan, and all government-facing documentation from award through closeout. Projects range $500K–$10M with USACE, NAVFAC, and state agency oversight across Oahu and neighbor islands.

What You'll Do

- Execute the 3-phase inspection process (preparatory, initial, follow-up) on all federal projects.

- Serve as the primary point of contact with the COR/QAR on all quality and inspection matters.

- Coordinate materials testing, special inspections, and third-party testing schedules.

- Identify and resolve non-conformances before they escalate — in the field, not after the fact.

- Prepare and submit closeout packages including as-builts, O&M manuals, and QC records.

What You Bring

- Active CQC Certification (USACE/NAVFAC Construction Quality Management for Contractors).

- 5 years of QC experience on federal construction projects ($500K ).

- Strong working knowledge of EM 385-1-1, UFGS, and federal QC reporting requirements.

- Experience managing QC under active USACE or NAVFAC contract oversight.

- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and submittals fluently.

- Excellent written communication — your reports need to hold up under government scrutiny.

- Valid Hawaii driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.

Nice to Have

- OSHA 30 certification.

- Experience with RMS (Resident Management System) or eCMS.

- Background in civil, concrete, MEP, or infrastructure scopes.
