Job Summary
Warrior Asphalt is seeking a Welder/Fitter for its Tuscaloosa, AL liquid asphalt facility location. As a member of the maintenance team, the successful candidate will assist with equipment repairs as required and contribute to the efficient operation of the facility.
Responsibilities and Duties
Job Duties :
- Fabrication
- Pipefitting
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
- Mechanical experience
- Blueprint reading
- Welding (certification preferred, but not required)
- Forklift experience
- Industrial experience required
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Detail-oriented
- Safe worker
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Ability to work outside and wear personal protective equipment as needed
- Good verbal and written communication skills
