What you’ll do:
🌇 Front Desk (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
👋 Welcome guests and handle check-ins/check-outs with ease
📞 Answer phones and assist with reservations and guest requests
😊 Deliver top-notch customer service that keeps guests coming back
💳 Handle payments and maintain accurate records
🌙 Night Audit (Overnight – 2 nights/week)
🧾 Reconcile daily hotel revenue and reports with accuracy
💻 Post charges, balance accounts, and complete audit reports
📊 Run end-of-day reports and prepare for the next business day
👀 Ensure guest safety, security, and confidentiality overnight
What it takes to shine:

⭐ Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
