| The Billing Coordinator provides administrative support to the Transportation Department and is responsible for accurate and timely fuel and tank wagon billing. |
| DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES |
| • Complete daily fuel and tank wagon billing accurately and on time. |
| • Support the dispatch team with daily paperwork, pricing reports, and related documentation. |
| • Review driver logs for accuracy and address discrepancies as needed. |
| • Provide back-office support for tankwagon operations, including maintaining records for field-set tanks. |
| • Assist with minor event planning as required. |
| • Assist Transportation and Accounting management with special projects and reporting tasks. |
| • Prepare distributor/receiver schedules for monthly state excise tax filings. |
| • Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers via phone and email. |
| • Deliver prompt and courteous service to both internal and external customers. |
| • Communicate daily with Transportation team members to ensure all tasks are completed. |
| • Maintain confidentiality regarding all pricing information. |
| • Effectively self-manages workload to consistently meet all deadlines. |
| • Notify the Accounting Manager promptly of billing issues that may impact company profitability. |
| • Report any actions or situations that may pose a threat to employees, customers, or guests. |
| • Follow all safety and security procedures and use company equipment properly. |
| • Adhere to all company policies and procedures. |
| • Represent the company professionally and positively at all times. |
