Responsibilities

Job requirements may include, but not be limited to:

• Looking for a person who wants to be trained as a mechanic and is hard working. You may have to do shop duties at first, but we offer ground level training. We are looking for someone who has some mechanical knowledge. If you are the type who worked on your car, motorcycle, ATV and like turning wrenches this is the job for you. This job is having the ability to self diagnose problems. You will still be required to have a certain level of tools. A driver license is required. Our plan is develop a mechanic to work on Tractors, Hay Equipment and other small engine repairs. You may work with another mechanic at customer sites to provide field services at times, but mainly will be perform duties at the shop. We want someone familiar with farm community and likes to work on farm equipment. You will get the best AG training available from one of the largest tractor manufacturers.
