Each Faculty member shall hold a license as a Registered Professional Nurse and have earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from an Accredited Institution.
Experience:
Current RN who has Advanced Education with Clinical Experience. You must have a BSN degree.
Primary Responsibilities
To develop distinguished graduates by providing relevant Career and technical education leading to gainful employment or continued education.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
PROGRAM OPERATION
The teacher causes students to actively participate and be successful in the learning process.
The teacher uses various forms of assessment to monitor and manage student learning.
The teacher is prepared and knowledgeable of the content and effectively maintains students' on-task behavior.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
A standard teaching contract is 178 days; extended or part time contracts are prorated. Compensation is according to the teacher salary schedule as established annually by the Board of Education. All other employee benefits are according to the total FTE of employment for the individual.
