About the Opportunity
We are a growing CDJR dealership in Warrensburg MO that is building something special. With new management and a renewed focus on culture, process, and technician support, we are looking for a Level 3 CDJR Technician who wants to be part of a team that is moving forward.
This is an opportunity for a high-level technician who wants to be valued, well compensated, and have a real voice in the shop. For the right individual, there is also a clear path toward a Shop Foreman or leadership role as our service department continues to grow.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles efficiently and accurately
- Perform advanced diagnostics on electrical, drivability, and complex mechanical issues
- Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs to manufacturer standards
- Work closely with service advisors and management to ensure excellent customer service
- Maintain detailed documentation of diagnostic steps and repairs
- Mentor junior technicians when appropriate
Qualifications
- CDJR Level 3 Certification preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with modern scan tools and vehicle electronics
- Ability to efficiently complete both warranty and customer-pay work
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Valid driver’s license
