Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Veterinary Assistant with prior in-clinic history to join our supportive and dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to follow both written and verbal instructions. Self-motivation and initiative are key, as we are looking for individuals who are eager to contribute to our thriving practice.
Responsibilities:
- Assist veterinarians in providing high-quality care to our patients.
- Perform routine technical tasks and procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Communicate with clients in a friendly, informative, and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Must have 1 year experience as a veterinary assistant.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
- Self-starter with the ability to follow instructions.
Schedule:
- Full-time with weekend hours (Saturdays 8 AM - 12 PM).
- Rotating on-call schedule.
