We’re looking for a strong, hands-on General Manager to take full ownership of one of our Warrens restaurants. This is a leadership role for someone who can drive results, build a great team, and deliver an outstanding guest experience every day.
What You’ll Do- Lead daily operations with a focus on speed, quality, and service
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience every shift
- Own the P&L: control food cost (30–33%), labor, and overall profitability
- Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team
- Create effective schedules and manage labor to sales
- Maintain clean, safe, and fully compliant operations
- Hold your team accountable to Warrens standards
- Proven restaurant leadership experience (GM or strong Assistant Manager)
- Solid understanding of food cost, labor, and inventory control
- A hands-on leader who leads by example
- Strong work ethic, accountability, and consistency
- Ability to build, coach, and retain a great team
