Telecommunications Associate Responsibilities
- Provide in‑person customer service as a Telecommunications Associate, greeting customers, listening to their needs, and delivering personalized support while representing AT&T’s products and services with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Build rapport with customers face‑to‑face, ask attentive questions to understand their requirements, and recommend appropriate solutions that drive sales success and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Engage with customers in a consultative manner, explaining features, benefits, and differences between plans, devices, and service options to support informed sales decisions.
- Accurately maintain customer interactions and sales records in company systems following each in‑person engagement, ensuring professionalism and attention to detail.

Telecommunications Associate Qualifications
