Your Role:
As the Office Manager at Warren, LLC, you will:
Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed
Answer phones and direct calls to the right department or person.
Process all cash receipts for paid invoices into the accounting system.
Take checks to the bank as needed.
Conduct the onboarding presentation for all new hires, ensuring they properly enroll in Paychex and receive and understand company policies and benefits information.
Process weekly payroll, ensuring all hours are accurate and resolving any issues that arise.
Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable tasks as needed.
Maintain employee records, including time off requests, attendance tracking, and benefits paperwork.
Order and maintain office supplies to keep the office stocked and organized.
Assist with filing and organizing both paper and electronic records.
Serve as the primary point of contact for administrative questions from employees and supervisors.
Ensure the front office is welcoming and organized for visitors and vendors.
Other duties as assigned to support the needs of the office and production teams.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in office management, administrative support, or a related role.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently while also collaborating with managers and supervisors.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with payroll processing and HR support.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and HR/payroll software (such as Paychex Flex).
Ability to handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion.
Physical Demands:
Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer.
Occasional standing, walking, bending, and lifting (up to 25 lbs.).
Some time spent in the production shop environment, which may involve exposure to noise, dust, or varying temperatures.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
Full-time position requiring punctuality and readiness to work daily.
Standard business hours are determined by the manager, but typically is 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
